City of Manvel Annual Eggstravaganza

Easter basket and eggs.

The City of Manvel is hosting its annual Eggstravaganza on April 1, 2023, at AISD CTE Annex, 7381 Lewis Ln., from 10:30 am to 2 pm. The event will feature kid-friendly music, a variety of games and activities, inflatables, a bubble zone, an appearance from the Easter Bunny, vendor pop-up shops, food trucks, special events, and, of course, egghunts!

Spend your Saturday with the City of Manvel as we kick off the Easter season at the annual Eggstravaganza! This year’s event will be held at AISD CTE Annex, 7381 Lewis Ln., and feature a host of activities to fill your day with!

The Eggstravaganza will begin at 10:30 am with bunnies, bubbles, and bouncing! While the Easter Bunny is hiding eggs and taking photos with eventgoers, pass the time until your egghunt by bouncing in the inflatables, browsing food trucks or vendor booths, or bounding through the bubble zone.

Egghunts will take place at three separate times:

· Egghunt for Tots (Ages 1-4 years old): 11:30 am.

· Bunny Egghunt (Ages 5-9 years old): 12:00 pm.

· Adolescent Egghunt (Ages 10 and up): 12:30 pm.

The City of Manvel will provide tote bags for egg hunters, but children are also welcome bring their own bag or basket. Each egghunt will be sectioned off with a ribbon and marked with a sign designating the age group the hunt is for. An announcement will be made prior to the egghunt start time, and the ribbon will be cut indicating the start of the hunt.

As a special treat for our older hunters, both the Bunny Egghunt and the Adolescent Egghunt will have two Golden Eggs with a special golden ticket in each that will grant them a secret gift— but the Easter Bunny will hide these eggs in super-secret locations, so be sure to look carefully!

In addition to the egghunts and inflatables, the Eggstravaganza will also feature a variety of games such as tug-of-war, ring toss, spoon run, a sack race, and a rubber ducky dunking pool with their own prizes. Food trucks will also be onsite to satisfy your sweet tooth and local craft vendors will have unique, hand-crafted items for you to browse between activities!
